Krystina Vinpa LCSW, LCADC
Licensed therapist with over 15 years of experience treating mental health conditions and substance use disorders.
Serving clients in New Jersey, Kentucky, and Massachusetts.
I am deeply committed to creating a collaborative and supportive space where clients feel comfortable and understood. My approach is rooted in empathy and collaboration, tailored to meet each individual’s unique needs and goals. I am driven by the honor of witnessing my clients’ progress and personal growth, helping them navigate life’s challenges and uncover their inner strength. Together, we build resilience, foster self-awareness, and create meaningful, lasting change. Your journey is my priority, and I am here to guide you on your way.
I am a certified Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) therapist with additional experience in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing. My approach blends the strengths of these approaches to help you better understand and navigate your thought processes. Together, we’ll explore whether your current ways of thinking are serving you, and if they’re not, we’ll work on reframing them in a healthier, more constructive way.
In my free time, I love to travel, hike, volunteer in my community, do yoga, and try new and exciting food.
